Welcome back to episode 4.
Today's show is about nothing and everything at the same time.
Burning bodies, southpark, the holidays and dreaming. Dreaming of a better future, and doing thethings you want to do.
Most people don't take the time to think about anything.
They jump from one direction to another, letting life drag them all over the place.
Today I'm going to keep this short.
To everyone in the US, happy thanksgiving.
My message for you today is that you can choose to live how other people live, or you can go create your own life, you can go out into the world and create something unique.
You can make a decision now, to do something different by dreaming.
I want to challenge you to dream of a new future, to dream of a new life...
...because everything is possible, when you make a decision to take action.

November 7th 2013, and jump jockey Tony McCoy rides to victory on a horse called Mountain Tunes at Towcester race track. So what, you may ask. Well, it's not the horse or the track that's the goal achievement lesson...
That win was Tony McCoy's 4,000th win.
If you're not familiar with horse racing, that might not mean anything, but it's a milestone which is so far ahead of anyone else. It's jam packed with goal achievement, it oozes goal achievement, and as someone who loves both sport and goal achievement, how could I *not* write about it!
No-one else has ever ridden 4,000 jump winners. In fact the next best total is around 1,500 winners behind, which helps to put into perspective just how far out there McCoy's tally is.
He's been champion jockey for 18 consecutive years, and to stay at the top for so long requires so many characteristics - desire, endurance, focus, hard work.
He gets up at 6 every day, goes to bed at 11. He travels 75,000 miles a year to ride, often making 8 hour journeys to ride an unfancied horse.
To get to 4,000 winners, he's ridden 16,000 times, and has a fall every 16 races or so, so that's 1,000 falls - that's in a sport where the ambulances follow them around because it's so dangerous! Needless to say his medical history is littered with broken bones, and in fact he started the 2013/14 season 3 weeks late due to punctured lung and broken ribs.
His natural body weight is 168 lbs but to keep at his racing weight of 143 he maintains a regime of running, dieting and steam saunas. For 20 years! He turns 40 next year, but has no intention of retiring just yet, and his total of winners continues to rise.
Despite all his success, there was one prize which eluded him - The Grand National. There was a feeling that if he didn't win it, there would be a gap in his career, and he finally won it on his 15th attempt!
Regular readers of mine will know that sport gives such ready lessons in goal achievement, because the results are so easy to see, and I make no apology for continuing to write about a combination of 2 things I enjoy so much.
McCoy's 4,000 winners really is impressive.
Think to your own goal - are you prepared to put in the dedication? Are you focused enough? Are you in it for the long haul? Are you ready to put in the good old fashioned long term hard work to get there and stay there? Tony McCoy is ready to do it day after day as he has all these years, so why not use his latest milestone as a nudge to get yourself moving?

Within the field of NLP there are many varying techniques that we can use with clients to assist them in achieving their goals.
As with everything there are underpinning concepts and principals that are the foundation for achieving great results, and when the NLP 5 Principals for Success are 'taken on' and incorporated in our efforts, this can make the difference between, mediocre and excellent results.
The NLP 5 principals for success can be applied to any area of your life, and whilst they are fairly simple in isolation, the power of each of the steps you are about to learn about is undeniable when combined.
By simply following these five steps when embarking on a new project, learning a new skill, or setting out to achieve anything in your life you will begin to see excellent results, the results of winners and great achievers.
Remember that the core tenet of NLP is based on reproducing excellent behaviour and results, and all the successful individuals around the world in whatever field, utilise the 5 Principals for Success in one way or another even if they don't realise it.
And the good thing is that the processes these people run when achieving their goals can be learnt.

  1. Know your outcome - If you don't know where you are going how can you get there?
  2. Take Action - You wont get there if you don't get up and start
  3. Have Sensory Acuity - Be aware of what is working and what isn't
  4. Have Behavioural Flexibility - Things will change... adapt, amend and challenge your approach as needed.
  5. Operate from a Physiology and Psychology of Excellence - Understand and commit to the Cause Effect Equation. How would someone who has achieved your goal, look, act, speak and think?
As I mentioned you can use these principals in any area of your life, be it your Business & Career, your financial affairs, your health and well being and / or your relationships.
Naturally I go into these points in a lot more detail on my NLP training which I trust you will attend. But for now, why not take a moment to look at each area of your life and ask yourself? do I know what I want 'really' and how specifically? and then in each area, ask yourself, what can I do 'right now' that will be a step towards achieving that goal?

The older you get, the faster life seems to pass you by. You go from being the person hearing, " Wow, you've grown so much since the last time I saw you", to the one saying it. Reaching a major milestone seems to be the only way that people take the time to appreciate just how far they have come in life. Emotions, experiences, and memories come and go without a moment's notice. Just what happens to them all? Do they get stored in your subconscious, only to be remembered every so often?
These three reasons will show you why keeping a journal really is a great way to have all those old thoughts and memories just an arm's length away.
1) To Remember Great Ideas
Inventors, philosophers, and even music artists are examples of people who are constantly in need of new ideas in order to take their respective craft to the next level. Without these fresh sources of inspiration, they would idle and remain at a constant. This would heavily affect their work and limit them from adding creativity to whatever it is that they are doing.
The chances of you remembering something that you thought of earlier in the day are slim. There is usually just too much going on for you to possibly store everything that comes across your mind. It would be a shame to forget something that could have drastically improved the quality of your life.
2) To Measure Progress
All crafts, hobbies, and skills take time. Through practice and dedication, anything can be achieved. However, since the end goal is always at the forefront of your mind, it can be rather difficult to recognize progress in real time. By keeping a journal, you will be able to track your results as they appear and have something to keep you inspired and driven. You will then see where your major sticking points were throughout the process and figure out how to correct them.
In personal development, having a good mindset is crucial. This comes with the construction of good habits and beliefs, all of which can be forgotten if not consistently used and applied. Don't make the same mistakes time and time again. Instead, keep track of what did and didn't work so that you will have a better idea of how to prepare for future situations.
3) To See What You Are Capable Of
Keeping a journal requires you to be honest with yourself. As you write, you are displaying your true nature. Your language and the words chosen to represent your thoughts will reveal what you find possible for your future.
Looking back on these thoughts will show you all of the doubts and worries you once had. This will be proof that you are capable of overcoming obstacles/opportunities. You will then notice how your wording evolved from doubtful to a more self-assured form. Then anytime you think you can't do it, you will only need to pull out your journal and remind yourself that you already have.
Journals come in many different shapes and sizes. Little pocket sized field note booklets are perfect for carrying around with you all the time. Larger sized journals will probably be best for home use. Regardless of what your journal looks like, just using one of these reasons to keep one will surely benefit you in the long run. So start writing!

You exercise not only to keep you fit but also to boost your strength. The other area that's important to exercise is your mind.
Physical exercise not only helps your body but is also a way to increase your memory so that you can stay focused and also keep your mind sharp.
Any kind of physical exercise is good for increasing blood flow to your brain which of course means that you enhance your thinking process. However, there are actually specific physical exercises you can do to get your mind working even more effectively.
When you do exercises that involve balance you are stimulating your memory because you require your mind to work to keep your body stabilized.
When you see athletes doing gymnastics this often takes a great deal of balance so their brain is constantly being stimulated to keep them from falling.
You might want to try include a balance ball when you exercise or you can even increase balance by standing in yoga poses on one leg.
When you are taking in larger amounts of oxygen, the blood flow to your brain becomes more efficient and also increases your lung capacity.When you are running or swimming it forces the body to take in more oxygen which then increases the blood flow to your brain.
If you find yourself forgetting things, think about doing some kind of regular exercise which will help your brain to function better and it will be able to store more information.
Learn to stimulate your brain in different ways. If you are right handed try playing tennis or golf with your other hand. If you write with your right hand change to writing with your left hand from time to time. When you challenge your brain this way keeps it from becoming complacent by forcing you to use your faculties in unusual ways.
Next time you shower or get dressed or even if you are making a bowl of cereal try doing it with your eyes closed.Your brain has to work much harder when you give it challenges and this keeps it sharper allowing you to stay more focused.
Mental activities are also very important for your brain to keep functioning at an active level.There's a technique called chunking that can be used to help with memory storage.
It works by using short-term memory to recall a certain set of numbers or ideas.For an adult, a normal memory range is about seven pieces of data.Once your mind reaches that number, new data just replaces some of the old.
You can use puzzles or crosswords to help your memory stay sharp.If you have a habit of forgetting people's names for instance, you can make up something that goes with their name and the next time you see them you will find it easier to remember who they are. When you make up pictures or silly mnemonics to go with information, your mind will often remember just based on the fact it was nonsense.Some people use this technique to remember directions or a series of events or even when giving a presentation.
Whether you are doing physical exercise or completing a crossword puzzle your brain will reap the benefits if you do something like this consistently. As with any other muscle, the more the brain is worked out, the stronger it will become.

Since humans swung naked out of the trees onto the Serengeti plains, we have been creative. We had to be. Look at us. Scrawny and hairless surrounded by big cats and other predators. If we had not used those big brains cockroaches would probably be at the top of today's food chain.
But many people don't believe they are creative. You are. You have limitless creative ability, but you must believe it to archive.
Research shows that everyone has creative abilities. The more training you have and the more diverse the training, the greater is your potential for creative output.
Additionally, it has been shown that in creativity quantity equals quality. In fact, the longer the list of ideas, the higher the quality of the final solution. Typically, the highest quality ideas appear at the end of the list.
The average adult thinks of three to six alternatives for any given situation. The average child thinks of 60. Why does this change as we mature? People stop believing in their creative abilities.
A Harvard Business Review (HBR) study of its database of 6,000 professionals who have taken the Innovator's DNA assessment further supports the supposition that you must believe in your creativity to make it so.
The study found that those who agree with the survey statement "I am creative" consistently create new businesses, products, services and processes that no one has done before. Because they see themselves as creative, they are. HBR data further suggests that if you change your "I'm not creative" mindset, you, too, can become more consistently creative. HBR has developed a simple, five question test to help you determine your creative mindset.
Answer these questions with a Yes or a No:
Associational thinking: I creatively solve challenging problems by drawing on diverse ideas or knowledge.
Questioning: I often ask questions that challenge others' fundamental assumptions.
Observing: I get innovative ideas by directly observing how people interact with products and services.
Idea Networking: I regularly talk with a diverse set of people (e.g., from different functions, industries, geographies) to find and refine new business ideas.
Experimenting: I frequently experiment to create new ways of doing things.
According to HBR, if you answered no to three or more of the questions you are most likely in the "I'm not creative" mindset. But you can change.
As cartoonist Hugh MacLeod says, "Everyone is born creative; everyone is given a box of crayons in kindergarten. Then when you hit puberty they take the crayons away and replace them with dry, uninspiring books on algebra, history, etc. Being suddenly hit years later with the 'creative bug' is just a wee voice telling you, 'I'd like my crayons back, please."

It is obvious that everyone wants to grow up to be successful individuals. However, although this is in everyone's goals, only a select few individuals ever become what they ever wanted to be. Sometimes we are tempted to think that they just happen to be lucky. Well, I have some news for you: life is not a lottery; it is deliberate, meaning that you are what you are because of what you chose to believe. So, if you want to change your life, you have to begin with your mind-set because it is in the mindset that people plant the seeds of success or failure. Developing the right mindset is really crucial to your success regardless of your educational background, race, and family background. So, how do you develop the right mindset?
There is English saying that says 'show me who your friends are, and I will show you who you are.' If you want to be successful you've got to surround yourself with the right people. Belief system is contagious, so are habits, and attitudes. If you hang around lazy, unmotivated people, chances are that you'll become the same as them. On the other hand, if you want to be successful, you have to think like successful men and women. For clarity, your mindset is the sum of your knowledge, which includes beliefs, and thoughts about the world. This also includes what you believe is good, possible, impossible, evil, acceptable, and so on. One writer once said that two people look through the same window; one sees the mud on the ground while another sees the sky and the stars. That is precisely what happens in everyday life. Two people seldom see the same thing because they have different mindsets.
We become what we think most of the time. Take an inventory of your thoughts and you will discover that it is true. You cannot be what you want to be without changing your mindset because what you are is what your mindset is. How can you hope to achieve anything without changing your mindset? You see that you cannot solve a problem using the same mindset that created it in the first place. Remember, a mad person is one who expects different results but keeps on doing the same things. For instance, don't expect to be wealthy if you have a poor man's mindset. You need to start focusing on abundance, happiness, greatness, and generally, positively. You are not supposed to be doing fine; you are supposed to be doing great. You are not supposed to be hanging in there, but thriving. The problem with us is that we expect a magic carpet to come and carry us to a land of honey and milk, yet we forget that magic carpet could be our mindset.
I have seen countless folks begging for favors helplessly and wishing that someone could come and bail them out of their financial mess. Most of them think that their predicaments have been caused by the government, their friends, or their God has neglected them. In short, they are too eager to blame everyone else for their problems but themselves. Anyway, I am not saying that you should blame yourself over your failures; what you need to do is to take more responsibility for your actions and accept that you have not been having the right mindset. That way, you will be in a better position to take the right action and step into the mindset of a successful person.

A clutter coach gets contacted when an individual's living or working space gets disorganized to the point that the person can no longer function as efficiently as they'd like to or need to. A process is then engaged that involves getting rid of what no longer serves the person, creation of a system of organization that suits the person's particular needs and wants, and a commitment to attend to clutter in a timely fashion from that moment on. This process easily fits a person's life, as well: a life coach or therapist is contacted when clutter happens at the inner level, which causes life to feel chaotic or unmanageable, and a commitment to shift this is made.
One way we clutter our lives is when we don't look after our best interests, which is supposed to be our ever-present, appropriate point of attention. Sure, we may do this for ourselves most or many times, and in specific areas of our lives, but we can usually identify one or several areas of our lives where we falter in this regard. For example, we may feel guilty or selfish if we don't always put others' needs before ours, even if this harms us health-wise or impinges on our quality of life. Perhaps we forget or don't know that when we honor boundaries, this leads us to recognize who is responsible for what, rather than over-burdening ourselves with emotional baggage that is someone else's responsibility to carry and work on, or burdening others in this way.
Inner and outer clutter causes us to feel there is something off in our lives (outer clutter often occurs as a result of inner clutter that's unrecognized or denied). We may believe that if we wait a while, the situation will balance itself or go away. This isn't necessarily an untrue belief, but we have to discern the difference between trust in the Universe and its natural flow of energy, and the avoidance of appropriate action. Maybe we shove against a metaphorical brick wall, rather than look for a more appropriate way to move forward.
Maybe we believe that as spiritual or metaphysical types, we have to suppress or deny any or every negative feeling we have, forgetting that these are messages from our higher self, sent to assist us in our physical experience of life and personal growth. We need to ask ourselves what we feel, rather than think, about what's going on, as well as what we'd like to do to shift a situation or us. If we peeled away the layers of bad feelings that happen when life is not going the way we'd prefer, we'd find at the core or heart of the matter that when we don't look out for our best interests, we enter a state of self-rejection.
Self-rejection clutters our minds, hearts, and lives quickly, and in some circumstances, thoroughly-like a blanket thrown over us on a warm night, causing us to feel smothered. Consider all the thoughts, feelings, and actions that might be attached to self-rejection, and the myriad ways that self-rejection may manifest in our life. We practice self-rejection when we fear cutting our losses. We stay in a situation longer than we should, or don't speak up or take constructive action as quickly as we might, often because we fear what will happen if we do, otherwise referred to as fear of the unknown or even fear of feeling fear. If you attempt to restore balance and it doesn't work, do you know why you don't move on, from either where you are or how you perceive and handle events? Many don't choose to make a move or shift until it becomes more painful to stay where and how they are than it is to make a change, no matter how much this may scare them.
A new year, like a new day, offers the promise of a fresh start. Unclutter you and your life by giving conscious attention to what is in your best interest, what is truly appropriate for you and your life. I'm talking about the kind of best interest that is based in conscious awareness, not the ego-based selfish kind. Always choose to honor yourself, and do so from a place of personal integrity, which helps you to stay strong. You don't want to be rash in your decisions, nor angrily aggressive: that will lower your energy and amplify any self-rejection feelings you already have even more. If you need to make a plan, whether for inner, outer, or both aspects, do so; then follow your plan and adjust it as needed.
Unclutter your mind and heart through your intention and commitment to make your life one of quality and fulfillment and grace. Don't be afraid to cut your losses if something really doesn't work, especially if no matter what you do, nothing changes or it gets even worse. Believe me, I know from personal experience how these suggestions can feel easier said than done, but we owe it to ourselves to keep moving forward on this. Because, on the other side of that decision is a field of potential and opportunities and good feelings waiting for you to show up so you can live the life you came here to live and feel about yourself the way you desire to feel. "Do not wait: the time will never be 'just right'. Start where you stand, and work whatever tools you may have at your command and better tools will be found as you go along." - Napoleon Hill
My wish and hope for you and all of us as we move into the upcoming holidays then into a new year is that we honor who we are and came here to be as ever-evolving, ever-learning and growing individuals. That we choose to treat others as we want them to treat us instead of how they treat us; that we treat everyone how we should treat ourselves, including ourselves, if we aren't doing the best job we could of that. We could unclutter our lives, and the world, if we put this into practice. It's a good practice, one you'll appreciate.

In this article I want to talk about thinking positive and why it is so powerful. First and foremost, I know it's impossible to think positive every single second of every single day. But, if you can get to a point where thinking positive is second nature, you will have a much happier life.
In my life, I have met many, many negative people. As a matter of fact I used to be one, a really bad one! I used to moan and groan about everything and only want to be by myself at all times. I was a negative loner. But, I decided that I had to have a new approach on life or I would never see the happiness and success that I wanted.
At another point in my life in my early twenty's I was very depressed. Which was odd for me since I loved my high school years and was usually happy, although I was always shy. But after I graduated high school I just couldn't figure out what I wanted to do in life and the one dream I had was taken from me too early. This led to drinking a ton and bouts of depression off and on for a couple years. I was able to get out of that depression, but I couldn't shake my negative thinking and I had so many limiting beliefs about myself.
I kept feeling sorry for myself and I would never take responsibility for my happiness. My friends all appeared to have so much more than me, and my life just seemed so hard compared to theirs. I was stuck in a circle of negativity and I couldn't seem to shake out of it.
But, I always say people who were happy and living great lives. So why couldn't I be like them? I bought books, products, coaching, went to seminars and all kind of things. But I still couldn't shake my negativity and lack of success.
One day at work, one of the elder statesman came up to me and asked why I always looked so sad and had such a negative attitude? I really didn't even realize that anybody could notice that, especially somebody who I never talked to!
What he told me next really put into perspective how happy I should be and why there is never a reason to be negative, at least as much as I was. He told me to watch the news and read the newspapers and compare my life to that of others. Was my life really that bad? Hell no!
At this point, I realized I had to be more positive and I could do that just by thinking different. This was a huge breakthrough for me. It took a while for me to implement, but once I implemented my positive thinking, I have never been so happy and the success really just comes with the happiness.
You must commit to thinking and being positive at all times. Will you be positive every day? No, nobody is. But believe me, it's much better to just be positive and happy.

In this article I want to talk about your dreams. Every one of us has dreams, whether big or small. But, unfortunately we don't always reach our goals. Sometimes we even lose our dreams at a young age. And to lose your dream, is like losing part of yourself.
For me, the dream was baseball. I started playing baseball since before I can even remember. I played in elementary school, middle school, and up until high school. And I was always pretty good. The only thing I ever wanted to do was to play baseball professionally. But, I didn't realize that talent alone wouldn't get me there. You have to have a work ethic and mental toughness, which I lacked.
Once I hit high school, I just expected to start playing great and get drafted out of high school or go to college to play. Well, that didn't happen.
Instead I quit after my sophomore year. I told myself I quit because of 2 reasons, the coach and a girl. But the real reason I quit was because of myself. I didn't have the drive to succeed, and I blamed it on others.
Now, whenever I go to a baseball game I always think, "What if?" And it hurts, I wish that I didn't give up and I even sometimes think about getting back into it, but it's too late for me. Sports are the one thing you can't just jump right back into and play at a super high level like Major League Baseball.
Our dreams are very fragile.
Now that you know what happened with my dreams, I want to make sure that you have the ability to keep your dreams alive and if they are dying, the necessary means to revive them!
I'm going to give you the steps to keeping your dreams alive. If I was able to implement these back in the day, I definitely would have. So check them out and make sure to implement them!
1. Support - There is nothing better than having somebody or somebodies rooting for you to succeed. When you have somebody that will support your dream and that doesn't let you quit, your dream will take off.
2. Hang out with people who have your same dreams - You can do this in many ways, you can befriend these people, find them in a discussion forum, work with them, etc. Whatever it is, having people around you who have the same dreams will help a ton.
3. Find a mentor - Having someone who can coach you to your dream is HUGE! This is probably the number one recommendation I would make.
4. Research - Read and apply everything you can to help you reach your dream.
5. Visual Reminders - Keep the images of your dreams around you at all times. For me, I should of posted pictures of different baseball players and the baseball fields I wanted to play at. Do something like this so you can keep your dream around you at all times.
Do these things and you will be well on your way to achieving your dreams!

Five Tips For Getting Unstuck and Start Living Your Life on Purpose

I have been fortunate in my life to have gone to college and have gotten several interesting jobs that have helped me to grow as a person. I began at the age of 16 as a waitress in the local café where my training began on customer service. Yep, you got it as it was not the easy way to learn that technique! However, after going to college my jobs were far more fun and interesting. I taught in a private all girls' school. I was a naturalist for the Audubon Society and taught people about the natural history in Massachusetts. I was a program director at a 4-H environmental camp for kids ages 4-18. Then I became an Executive Director of a similar camp. I thought I had made it to my dream job. Then as the politics got tougher and I realized I was more of a people person, I switched to public school teaching. It paid more money, had great benefits and I was a role model for young adults once again. Again, I thought that this was my dream job. For 13 years it was great and then I hit the mental plateau!
You see, most people are not aware that they are stuck in a rut until they are in deep. That is because we all follow our default settings or repetitive patterns on autopilot. We began to ask questions like "Is this as good as it gets?" By the way, everyone has been stuck at some point in their life especially if you are over 40! You can be stuck in a job, stuck in a relationship, stuck in your business, stuck in your fitness routine or day to day activities.
Why are you stuck? You are stuck because you are not aware of your default settings. You might be stuck because you don't want to change and you like your comfort zone. That's why people stay in bad relationships, bad jobs and bad habits. So, once you are aware you are stuck (and you are aware since you reading this article), then here are five tips to gettingunstuck and start living your life on purpose.
TIP 1: Change one thing
Albert Einstein defines Insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. This means that you are deeply engulfed in repetitive bad habits or what I call your default settings. So, start by doing baby steps and change just one thing. Perhaps you want to walk every day for 15 minutes. You can make time for you even if it is 10 minutes a day. If you always come home after work and watch TV, try taking a walk or reading an inspirational book. If you always eat lunch with your co-workers, go for a walk at lunch time twice a week. Other things you could do include scheduling a massage, taking a hot bath, doing yoga or anything else to invest in you. Remember, just change one thing to start your journey to a life of purpose and passion.
Tip 2: Live in the Now
Have you ever driven somewhere but you don't know how you got there? Many times you get lost in your thoughts and go on autopilot. Tomorrow when you drive to work instead of going on autopilot, notice 5 new things along the way. It takes energy to be in the moment but the good news is that it creates energy too!
Tip 3: Think of a time in your life when you were successful and happy. How did you feel? See if you can recreate those feelings by remembering one or two things that contributed to that success. Chances are you were not in your 'default settings'. You took a chance, a risk, and guess what? You were happy and successful. You might not be able to create the entire situation, but remember as much as you can and what it felt like to be successful.
Tip 4: "Attention Goes Where Energy Flows"
Quantum physicists state that everything is energy. My coach Christine Kane says that "Energy Flows where Attention Goes." It is the Law of Attraction. Remember Like Attracts Like. What you focus on expands. Whenever you catch yourself in moments of lack thoughts such as "I don't have enough" "I am not good enough" "I am not smart enough" then shift your attention to what you DO want. A baby step to get to that point is "wouldn't it be nice if I had a new car?" "Wouldn't it be nice if my husband cooked dinner tonight?" "Wouldn't it be nice if the kids got along tonight?" Focus on more of what you want in your life instead of what you don't want.
Tip 5: Write a powerful Intention
Research shows that by writing something down, the actual motion of your hand engages your brain in deeper learning. Also, your voice is very powerful so by reading out loud will engage your brain as well. This will help you focus on positive things for your life. An intention is defined by Wayne Dyer as a field of energy that you can access to begin co-creating your life with the power of intention. Most of us say things like "I am feeling insane for quitting a great job with benefits to start a business. Please help me not to be a failure."
This is not strong and does not serve our intention to attract positive things. A more powerful intention would be "I intend success and prosperity as I begin a new exciting path in my life." This puts you in a mindset to see more opportunities and take action steps to a moresuccessful life.
So, when you realize you are stuck in a rut, don't look outside yourself for the answer. It starts with you. Follow these five steps and you will be amazed at what happens.
