The Entrepreneur, The Manager, and The Dreamer
There are three different types of people in the business world: the entrepreneur, the manager or organizer and the dreamer. The most visible is the successful high-level entrepreneur. Nowadays everyone claims that they want to be a business owner, but everyone does not have what it takes to accomplish this task. Most people do not realize all the behind the scenes work the entrepreneur puts in to make their product or company successful.
Entrepreneur
A few characteristics of an entrepreneur: self-motivated, dedicated, persistent, creative (constant flow of ideas), hard worker, forward thinker, leader, optimistic and risk taker.
An entrepreneur makes things happen. The entrepreneur brings it all together because he or she obtains the mindset of the manager and dreamer all in one. The business owner has more at stake in the business then the manager and dreamer. Their loyalty and passion is greater because it is usually their money and life invested into the business.

Manager (Organizer)
A non-inclusive list of attributes of a manger or organizer: hard worker, great follower, business sense, organized, good planner, and analytical thinker.
A manager waits for the entrepreneur or someone else to tell them what needs to be done and they plan and organize for it to happen. The manager has knowledge of how to present the ideas to the public because they deal with the customers on a daily basis. This person can come and go whenever they please. The manager usually does not have many ties to the company, because they did not invest anything.

Dreamer
Some qualities that dreamers possess: creative (flow of ideas), optimistic about their future and ideas, inconsistent, and timid when it comes to risk taking.

A dreamer has all the potential as the entrepreneur but lack the initiative to do the work for their idea to come into existence. The dreamer brings all of the new ideas and passion to the table.
There are distinguishable features that are associated with each group of people. One group does not exceed the other because all are needed in the business world to have successful businesses. Also, if you consider yourself one type of person now that does not mean that you cannot migrate to another group. There is a logical order that the categories of people fall into. First is the dreamer, where ideas are born, then the manager, organizing those ideas and planning for it to transpire. Lastly, becoming an entrepreneur and owning the business that was created from those ideas and planning strategies. A good entrepreneur has all three mindsets or at the very least, people on their team that fit into all of the categories.
